No, If you win a map hunt, you get what the hunt gives you as stated on the map page hunt dialog when you accept the hunt.
You faction level has nothing to do with the amount of gold you get |

Duel Battle? No gold at all. No duel or group battle gives you any cash
Your combat level and faction level do not affect your income in any way.
Reaching a new combat level gives you gold and resources. Reaching a new faction level gives you bonus to the troops and a increase of your racial abilities.
Getting a new level of Hunters' guild gives you new monsters to fight with, higher possibility of Hunter Artifact drops and better artifacts
Getting a new level of Labourers' Guild gives you increased income when you enroll and only for enrollment in facilities |
