I'm just a bit curious, maybe i missed it somehow.
Not too sure how recruits got in range, or how it got more range to move further, I'm sure I'm just being stupid but would just like someone to tell me i am. I can't figure it out.

Their speed increases by 1 every 10 combat rounds.
