I'm not sure if this is the right forum topic, but i just finished a fight( https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=480142195 ), and there was one player with a multi on the opposing team. I had vignesh9 on my side while on the opposing side was vignesh6. The is a very low chance that its just a coincidence, but what are the chances of vignesh6 also being afk if they weren't multis.
Also I checked vignesh9's transfer log and he has some unexplained transfers with vignesh6, along with a vignesh7 (there is an even lowere chance that 2 people that happen to have a similar name to vignesh9 that also happen to know him).
vignesh9 has violated two of the general rules:
3.8.1. Participation of several characters played from one computer in one combat is prohibited.
and
3.9. Additional characters created for any kind of support to the main one ("multichars" later on), (e.g. resource and artifact keeping, trading, assists in combat or enrollment) are forbidden. All multichars found will be banned, and the owner will be subject to penalty.
