What Arctic does is his own business. None of you have right to judge him, he is human being with all needs and priorities, after all. If he decides to leave .com and spend time on .ru, it is his own decision as a free person. Being an administrator doesn't bond anybody to be active on .com and ONLY on .com.
I know most of you are eager to get new updates, but remember: patience is a virtue ;) |

Well, I joined this site AFTER Arctic left, and I have not read anything he said, including that interview with Kotrin.
If what everyone said is true - that he left/took a break from here coz he had real life commitments, then I wish him all the best. Coz no matter how great a game site is, real life should come first. And also all credits to him for I heard he has done a lot for the site and the community.
BUT, if he has indeed said the reason he left here is coz of real life commitments, BUT he been playing there for HOURS upon HOURS for the past week (I only looked at the first page of his combat log), and probably since he left here, then basically he is... not being truthful. There is a word for people who didn't tell the truth.
I mean, if u wanna go play in .ru for whatever reason, I, for one, would wish you all the best. But to give a 'reason' for leaving/taking a break here coz of real life commitments, and then plays at another site everyday for hours upon hours... just don't seem right.
Of course, I'm saying all this for the simple fact that he is STILL an admin on this site. To be an admin on one site, and give some 'lame' excuse about real life commitments, but ends up playing on ANOTHER site non-stop every day, well, it's just... ain't right.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Arctic, I even respect him for what I read he has done for this site. But if an admin have that kind of attitude about the site he's supposed to be helping in running, then who can really blame the many ever-growing discontented voices that seem to be appearing on the forums on a daily basis.. ?
Lastly, would it be a surprise to anyone if one day, all the stuff that are available in .ru are implemented here... and Arctic returns? :)
Let's just move on, enjoy all the great thongs this site has to offer, and if Arctic wants to abandon (on the surface it looks that way, at least) us to play there. That's his choice.
