terms:
rent is for 2 weeks.
It cost 20000 and your first thieves art (which you get on lvl 1 thieves guild).
For each extra day of fenting you have to pay 2000.
If you aren't done in 4 weeks, you have to send me second thieves art too.
Also possible other choices, pm me.

Requirements:
- You must be Combat Level 6 at least
- You must have a lot of free time to do it on time
