I lease out "thief invitation". Terms:
1) you must be not below 8 level.
2) when you will get "Thieves' guild:1 (50) +70" you get +1% initiative, 1 RANDOM THIEF SET ARTIFACT which give me as PAYING FOR INVITATION.
3) when you will get "Thieves' guild: 2 (120) +120" you get +1% initiative, 1 random Thief set artifact, 1 INVITATION. this INVITATION YOU MUST RETURN TO ME.
4) after expiration of 10 days if You don't get Thieves' guild: 2 you pay to me 1000 gold/day.
If you do not execute a condition (you do not return invitation, artifact of thief et cetera), I create a theme with a complaint on a forum and your character will block :) | for stream_of_blood:
