Hi, I want to raise my Smiths Guild lvl so I can get a better efficiency and maybe rent out my services for a bit of cash, but to do that I first have to raise my lvl, which is proving very costly. I have already spent a lot of money repairing the arts I use, and I'm still not even at lvl 1.
So all I'm wondering is, are their any tips that any of the experts can offer me to raise my smiths guild at the *cheapest* price? Perhaps any arts that are cheaper to repair than their competitors but give more exp? I don't really care how long it takes, I'm very patient, but I am worried about the cost. If I keep repairing the way I am i'll run out of money very quickly.
I'd appreciate any tips any one can give me.

the ratio of gold spend : smith point earned : time taken is constant
at 4000 gold = 1 SG point = 1 hour | | every 4k repair = 1 point, no arts that are cheaper to repair than their competitors but give more exp | Ok then; I expected that it would be something like that, but I just wanted to check.
