Underwater Acedemy 2. Allows to recruit from 30 Monster sharks upward.

At level 9: -

At level 10: Magic Guild level 2. Magic punch, Magic arrow, Delay, Curse.

At level 11: Underwater Barracks. Allows to recruit from 2 Trident Soldier's upward.

At level 12: Citidel. Creature recruit count increased by 50%.

At level 13: -

At level 14: Underwater Mountain. Allows to recruit from 3 Sea Gods upward.
Also please comment so I can improve it. This is NOT copied from anywhere. I came up with the idea myself.
Here is the faction talent: Summoning. Able to summon creatures from the depth to help in the battle. Only for the hero to do. Able to summon 5 creatures for tier 1, 4 for tier 2, 3 for tier 3, 2 for tier 4, and 1 for tier 5. 5 mana is the cost to summon tier 6 (5 mana per unit). 20 mana to summon tier 7 per unit summoned.
All swimming is very bad =( and 3 creatures S-n-R ? Too great faction
Um...what is S-n-R? Also, they cannot raise ever. Necros could beat them, barbs possible, and maybe elves. well, thanks for the comment.
u really have fractions on the brain dont u mojocat? anyway I like it although all the casters and shooters might be a bit overbearing
U should make the tier 7 name into Neptune maybe...

yes to mageof10. i just suddenly wanted to make up some factions and see what other people thought about them. and check out wizard faction: 3 casters including hero + 2 shooters + 2 flyers.
i think it is too over powered with hp for lower tiers and tier one with 9 speed???!!!!!!!

and 17 hp is zombie hp, but it has low defence, and 31 hp is tamed minotaur. rethink your idea. anyway, thanks for the comment
about tier 3: how can someone volley while aiming? volley has the meaning of shooting lots of arrows with out aiming...

if someone shoots lots of arrows he doesn't have time to aim and vice versa
aimed shot is up close. through shot is going through what ever is in it's path,damage decreased by some percentage. volley is what you said. there is a choice of the shots. what the unit does.

Almost all have very high speed. It makes them overpowered. Maybe can change them =)
