okay i have 3 questions.
1)What does people means by blocking someone?
2)can you put someone in your black list?

1:blocking means the character can no longer log in, it has been sealed off by the admins. usually done for illegal activities
eg: https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?nick=surf
2 and 3 : blacklisting can be done only for incoming mails. you will see an option "delet + block author" when you open a mail.
once you do that that person can no ;longer send you PMs.
you can see your blacklist from the inbox folder at the bottom right corner there's blacklist button

1)Blocking means that the person's account that has been blocked won't be able to be used again.It's like closing an account.Characters are blocked because the one controlling them had broken one or more rules.
2)Yes you can.
3)I'm not quite sure.When he sends you a pm you can press delete and block author.
