Good piece of work, but script is quite horrible:)
Too slow - have author heard something about XPath and document.evaluate? These pages are full of table - so iterating over all tds' is quite slow..bit more than slow... |
And second thing.
Those scripts has limitation set to heroeswm.ru server, not lordwm.ru ( just add @include statements into script header. |

1) To use or not to use the script - this is decision that anyone makes for himself.

1) Yes. It's up to anybody. But when u publish scripts ur responsible for those who are using -> in the meaning when it get some extra load on server, than ur responsible for that ( don't claim that THIS scripts does ).
2) Yes, this is not programmer contest. But sometimes ppl will be complaining about SLOW server...maybe this time try without ALL scripts ( 100 times "nothing" will kill the even donkey )

Anyway, at first post i told that is good piece of work. So i am not just criticizing.
Maybe if u want, we can f.e. participate in some useful script projects for this server ( or not so much depending on .ru ). Or designing some easy portable scripts. |

If you need to drive a lot of non-programming people out of the room, just start to discuss arrays ;-)
The same situation here, most people are just playing and know nothing about code etc.
If you come out with a good feature addition - feel free to contact me or make your own modification. BTW, this was a case few times in the past.
But if all you'd like to suggest is
"Rewrite the function A in my way, it will work 10ms faster and eat 15,5kb less memory" - I'm not interested. Do it yourself if you like.
As to this particular script, I've been using it for more than a year at .ru, so felt uncomfortable w/o it here -> and made this modification.
