| You have to go to a production factory that uses steel in its process. on the production it will show you what the current units are held at the factory and what the maximum is. If the holding is less than the maximum then you are offered to sell it to the factory. |

| You can't sell it if the facility doesn't have enough gold, or if it cannot hold any more of that resource. |

| The money is balance. And yes, when available, you click purchase under "Required for production per unit", at the appropriate resource. |
| and why all factories or: dont have money, or dont need steel?? and: any idea of a factory that NEEDS steel BUT HAS HIGH BALANCE? because i dont want to waste 7500 for nothing :S |
| Try the Blacksmith of Reprisal in GC at xx:40, when a new workshift starts. As people will sign in, the blacksmith will need steel. |
