rename topic
well, somcetimes people may have a question or complain or something. though the name isn't really appropriate. maybe if mods could re-name the topic it would save it being deleted |

why would they need permission to do something like that? if the topic header isn't appropriate is shouldn't need permission.
that's like saying you need permission to move a topic, or to close a topic, or even to ban. |

Some ppl like originality, they think it better to get their topic deleted than it continued but their pure idea get biased. |

Or mod can change the title, but the creator has an option to del. it. Like lock option. |

IMO, this is a very good suggestion, but if all of the mods come from only NY, they can't work at night so we need to choose someone that local time is day when other mod's time is night(VV), so I hope this gets implement well.
