These are the Terms and Condition:
Requirements:
_combat level 7 or higher
_16.000 golds ass deposit
_full arts set (total of 40 AP or higher )
_daily connection
_no threats in your transfer log such as debts or many loans to return
How it works:
_you ask me the renting with a personal message telling if you have the requirements
_I check all your requirements (tranfer log)
_if you're ok, then you send me 16.000 gold as deposit
_I give you the TGI
_you use it and begin making ambushes (Yellow lake - Blooming Glade is the best place) using many arts as possible
Returning and payment:
_when you reach Thief guild level 2 (120pt) you return the new TGI immediatly
_if you take 7 or less days to return it, you give me the 1° thief art gained and i return you the 16.000 golds
_if you take from 8 to 14 days you give me both the 2 thief arts and i return you the 16.000 golds
_if you take from 15 to 30 days (max time limit) you give me both the 2 thief arts, I take 1000*[extra day used] golds and i return you the remaining gold (exemple: you take 18 days, then i return you 12.000 golds(4 extra x 1000))
30 days is the time limit, you MUST return the TGI within this limit
you can't pay with an used thief art, the durability must be max/max where max is the maximum durability of that art,
if you use a thief art to do thief points or any other game
and you spend its durability instead of paying with the thief arts you'll have to give me the market price of that art in golds (so don't using the thief art is recommended)
to make sure that you will pay the value of your real thief arts i'll ask you to equip it to check if you pay the right price
to give the 16.000 gold deposit you can give me resourcs, too
the value of wood/ore is 180/piece
the value of the other ones is 360/piece
