just make a lvl 15 so they can lvl up and get more troops, it don't have to have any additinal troops or any buildings, it would just be like getting more troops that is it.
also i got like ocd or something near that and i like multi of 5 and 14 is kinda weird number |
| they only happened to stop at that lvl cap the last time they raised it. the next time they raise it, they could raise it to lvl 16 and ruin your multiple of 5. :) |

| well, there are quite a few level 14's on the russian server, and that is there level cap for the minute, so why would .coms go up just because 4 players are level 14? |
