I am glad u asked... its very simple just:
1)delete all other admin accounts ...buhaha
2)change the location where real money from diamonds go :P
3)Hire a programmer
4)Copy whatever we can from the .ru
5)Advertise the server a lot
6)Make the capacity of the server bigger
7) spent a day or 2 just blocking the cheaters
8)Copy from HOMM5 the dwarfs and orcs faction and test them through a duel even where ppl can be dwarfs of orcs
9)Make the new races available to the players
10)Add lvl 4 and 5 spells
11)Make new guild siege or castle guild (in the forums ppl we say ideas and suggestions...)mainly it would be a castle defense guild and u will win 1 talent point for every lvl
12)Make some buildings common like market and blacksmith and u will no need to rebuild them when u change faction.
13)Ppl we be able to hire new hero at lvl 10 to play with him just for fun
14)add ground effects( one effect when u fight on grass,other when u fight in swamp etc)
You see its very simple!
I have many more ideas but the problem is that ppl will start leaving cause of my crazy ideas :) |

that will take 1 month least u have only 1 day
i repeat only 1 day actions.
make everyone back to lvl 1 and make all items available to every lvl and don't have to pay lol
