I'm renting TGI to Draco77. Conditions:
>> reaching TG1 and TG2 Draco77 gives me thief 2 arts which he gets- TGI should be returned in 3 weeks,
>> TGI return in 3 weeks (after reaching tg2),
>> after 3 weeks Draco77 has to pay 1500 gold per day until he gives me TGI back.

If TGI doesn't return in 1,5 month Draco77 has to pay me 400000 gold.
