This bug does not work in Windows Vista and Windows 7 because IsTextUnicode is fixed and does not show a bug.
This is the reason I can't see it.

Thats what I thought. Just another nobody taking a shot at the USA, eyes closed to their own country and the corruption that dwells there. How is it that I am asked to chill for DEFENDING what someone else implied about my president while the person who accused gets nothing? Every single time the person with the strongest argument gets told to stand down and the person initiating things isn't mentioned. You may be OK with allowing people to slander us but I am not.
