| Does antiskill work against any unit of the fraction, whether in the hunt or mercenary guilds, or against caravans? Or it just works in PvP? |

i guess you might be talking about the 3%x faction level damage reduction.
Yes, it is applied to any creature of that faction attacking you, be it neutral or owned by another lord. |
it works in PVP battles only
so, in thief ambushes (caravans, players) and normal battles |

It doesn't apply on MG and hunts, only in ambushes, duels and group battles. |
