I currently still have the original xbox and i am thinking of upgrading to either ps3 or xbox 360.
When are the next updates for either xbox or playstation eg "is it worth buying an xbox even though a new 1 might be coming out soon like the xbox 720 or watever"? Or how long would it last before there is a new 1 coming out and its obsolete?
Because i brought the original xbox and it only lasted for 3 years before no new games started coming out and i was really annoyed.
Just wanting to know your imput into my decision. |

Xbox 360. Just because the playstation is "newer", that doesn't stop the xbox having a better line of games, better system and If you are into X-box live, the internet play is better than anything you can access from Ps3.
Plus, they are cheaper. (May not be where you are, but in New Zealand they are.) |

Xbox 360 by far. Playstation is for obnoxious snobs...(mainly, no offence)
The graphic difference is so small and with 360 you get halo and (I might be wrong, this might be on PS3) fable!
Also Xbox live owns all!
Also FIFA 10 comes out tomorrow (according to EB games and Dick smith) or two days from now (JB HI-FI) and I'm getting it. I also might be getting Xbox live again so if anyone else gets it i'd like to play them. :) |

| I have both consoles-buy.Most of Xbox 360's games also can be on PC.So,just wait a while and buy PS3 Slim with 250 Gb memory.There also going to be some great exclusive games for it. |
| People recommend Xbox 360 because they bought it.But now,PS3 becomes cheaper and much better than before.Now,there is a small difference in price and lots of classical games from PS2,Sega Megadrive,PS and from some other consolles will be realesed on it. |
| By the way,Ps 3 is newer AND it has 7 proccesors,so it is better and stronger than XBOX 360.Some game developers say that they can make games only for Ps3 because of its power and Blu-ray. |
