TGI for rent:
1) you will reach tg lvl 2 in 14 days, you will give me your first thief art.
2) you will nor reach tg lvl 2 in 14 days, you will give me both arts or 2000 gold per each day after 14th.
(Returned thief art must be full durability and not bought from the market)
3) you will give me 2000 gold per day, you will keep both arts.
