My brother joined this game many months ago, and then quit, because of what an admin did to him. It is minor (1 gold penalty, and 1,000 gold penalty) but it is a matter of principle--and this whole "final warning" ultimatum really angered me more than it did to him.
Whereas most folks cannot prove they aren't multis, I can, if the admins care to look at my IP log ins--and his own. I distinctly log on everyday from my home around the same hours while I check e-mails, wrap up contracts, etc (he never does, he is at school). Then I pick him up from school everyday, and then continue any necessary pc work at his home before I take off to do this or that, or before going to my own home and calling it a day.
I wrote to the Secretary months ago about this situation, 2-3 times, and never received any form of reply. Anyway, my brother has returned to the game and I want to send him some gold+arts so he can stay.
We don't password exchange, but he does play when I'm working from my pc at his house (which I do every day for a few hours to keep an eye on my sick mother). He is on a different pc on the same network though.
Anyway, I hope I can be granted permission to treat my own brother as ANY other player and be able to freely gift him whatever I need to so long as it is under the 30% existing rule mark. | I don't get it ..... why do you ask? If it's within the rules you don't need to ask and if it's not don't do it. Simple

First off, we have no connection to choppers or spikey...not sure how we got wrapped up in those accounts. Never met them, never logged from same ip, no connection/affiliation to those accounts whatsoever.
Secondly, the warning says to "exclude mutual transfers." Funny thing, though, is that those transfers crazyguy was sending to me were clan dues--everyone in the clan was sending those to me at that time when #153 had taxes.

Not quite correct. Each PC from the local network has different virtual IP if at least 2 PC's are connected in the same time. Otherwise one can get a really messy collision of the packages. Still, those IP's can be interchanged every time you turn the PC's on and that can create a little bit of confusion.
