I think yes. Draw doesn't exist in TT game. Experience shows that victory conditions are tested immediately after a card is played, except Resource conditions that are tested at the beginning.
So if you destroy enemy tower by playing a card, you win, even if you destroy your tower at the same time (something that will be checked only at the end of your opponent's turn.) |

| Hmm, perhaps it was just some server failure in the middle of the game? The game count increasing when you start it, but the victory/defeat one only when it ends, IF it ends? |
