I'm sure this has been reported before, but RandhyWang - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4620427 has been making many illegal transfers with his unsigned multis.

The transfers between these three add up to many thousands of gold.
On top of that, he has violated rule 3.10.1,
"If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one."
