Someone told me that theif arts like hunter arts can not be sold for much after it is 0 durability.
normally you can get about 60% back but hunter arts you get less.
Is it the same with Thief set arts?

No, it's different.
Thief arts have high durability, after repaired(better use max smith), you'll able to use them for many battles again. |
so you cant sell it in inventory.

Thief arts CAN be sold when it reaches 0 durability, but not much
i think my Thief ring 0/52 can be sold for 3k-4k+ (it is repaired already) |
