| Reputation doesn't affect the chance to receive element as reward. |
| Better rep = less waiting time. Each .5 point rep decreases the waiting time by 1 minute. Max is 10 rep, which means 20 less waiting time, which means 40-20=20 minutes between quests. |

| What if your rep is 10, and then you decline the quest so your rep is 9.5. Does that mean you only need to wait 1 minute for the next quest? |
