| What is Mercenaries' guild exactly...what r it's advantages?? and is it easy to win at my lvl?? |

| at level 5 most easy quest is raid but only low tier raids |
you can fight at any lvl in MQ but it is hard for low lvl.
you are now lvl 5 so it will be hard. |

u should wait until u r level 7(a lot of the MQ is very easy)
if u wait until level 6 it should be ok

Lower tier raids and vanguards are possible (except vanguard of necro), check Last_Samurai's combat log, he did quite some quests on level 5 as an Elf:
