I, Player Derelict, would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from iwen, the owner.
I understand that I must:
(1) return a new thief invitation to iwen within 6 weeks.
(2) within the first 1-4 weeks, I pay iwen 20000 gold (basis, prepay) + 1000 gold per day during my rental.
(3) after 4 weeks, I pay iwen an additional fee at 3000 gold per day.
(4) If I can not return a new TGI in 6 weeks (in total), I must pay iwen additional 500,000 gold as a fee to purchase iwen's TGI.
(5) never sublease, or transfer, or sell this TGI to others.
I have transferred 20000 gold as a prepay for renting iwen's TGI. If I abide by these terms, I can keep both the theif arts for myself.
Both parties has the right to report unfair treatment to the administrators of the game, whose punishment may lead to blocking player's ID. |
