I, Player kashad, would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from Spruce, the owner.
I understand that I must:
(1) return a new thief invitation to Spruce within 4 weeks.
(2) within the first 1-3 weeks, I pay Spruce 22,000 gold (basis, prepay) + 1000 gold per day during my rental.
(3) after 3 weeks, I pay Spruce an additional fee at 3000 gold per day.
(4) If I can not return a new TGI in 4 weeks (in total), I must pay Spruce additional 500,000 gold as a fee to purchase Spruce's TGI.
(5) never sublease, or transfer, or sell this TGI to others.
I have transferred 22,000 gold as a prepay for renting Spruce's TGI. If I abide by these terms, I can keep both the theif arts for myself.
Both parties has the right to report unfair treatment to the administrators of the game, whose punishment may lead to blocking player's ID. |
