There is some skill in choosing the order with which you play cards. Look at teh total amount of effects of teh card and compare them to the amount of resources they use, preferentially play teh efficient ones if there is no clear choice.
For example sprites give 2 damage for 1 resource cost, whereas succubi use 14 resources do do 5 damage.
The balance with this comes with your resource production if you are producing loads of resources (mana, ore, beasts) then it is a waste if you play low cards, but generally these are more efficient. |
