Summerain128 rents out TGI to Kancsika on following terms:
TGI should be returned as soon as he gets lvl 2 thief guild
he has 21 days time to complete his task
he will return me the thief arts once he reaches level 1 and level 2 thief guild within 21 days.
If he returns me after 21 days, he is needed to pay extra 3000 golds per day.
Any transfer of received TGI is forbidden. Any trading of thief arts is forbidden, otherwise it results in a payment of 500,000 gold
