| A few were stocked by the admin in the artifact shop during the starting of the server. They were sold out of course and never been restocked again, I think. |
buy it from people who has it. But it might cost more than the shop price because it is a rare item
Or you may want to wait if the updates have include this into it (to make a factory of it and fill the stock in the shop) |
