Charachter Dead_Moroz in the beggining of the battle was making his moves in the last 10 seconds. He didnt make any attempt to win the battle as you can see via the link.
Then i made the same and delayed my moves too. He put a complaint and i got a penalty. I agree to my penalty, however he is guilty too, and he provoked me.
So i ask you to impose him with the penalty too. |
