4. Questions regarding penalties, unblock requests, and other kinds of communication with Administration are made with the help of Secretary (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4).
You can send a request. But if the reason for its block is still valid, you wouldnt get a positive result(unblock). Not many characters have been unblocked and the reason was mostly some administrative paper-related mistake.
It is much easier just to change faction at your level if you want to play DE. |
