spread your archers so you might have a chance to shoot them before they shoot at the archer

Tropps may differ from two different attempts of the same MG quest; could be slightly more troops, upgraded or downgraded stacks of a same unit.

Try again, you will more likely get a doable one next time, and harder quests shouldn't be bugged as this one.
