yes...
whats the problem here?
If you decline a quest the next comes after 20 minutes, regardless of the reputation you have.
If you returned (succeeded or failed) you ll get your next quest after (reputation-10)* -2 + 20 minutes |
| It is supposed to say 40 minutes... Only said 5. |
| that can happen if you take a *really* long time to report back on a quest (for example overnight). Otherwise, it usually says 40 minutes at rep 0. |
