| no, it can (empire says it cant though) get unblocked by doing something reasonable, like if he gave password, he changes password somehow |
If an account gets banned does it stay that way for ever?
It stays that way in most of the cases forever. The only exceptions are serious reasons to unblock.(for example if player didnt cheat and the block was mistake, or the reason for character block is no longer valid) |
| Also, there is a difference between block and BAN. BAN stops you only from using chat/forum. Block stops you from playing this game itself. |
