Once upon a time , a traveller named Gheis is having a super experience during travelling the world. He found a servant in a Villa's Garden nearby a spooky road. The servant was wearing a nice,neat and clean servant suit. Gheis is asking the servant about something.
Gheis: Hey you!
Servant: Huh!? (shocked)

Servant: Sorry , I cannot tell you the owner of this Villa. I think this Villa might worth around a billion.
Gheis: Oh , why not telling me the owner! Worth around a billion... Do this villa was built since 18 century?
