he asks for 20 AP yet wears 26 AP to give himself an advantage. i know it's not against the rules but i'd just like to point it out and see what others have to say about it.
this isn't meant to be here: 7. Combat description is just a request not obligation. And thus transgressing the combat description is not a violation of game rules.
i was just noting that the many complaints that people have of others joining limited AP battles with higher AP isn't the only way things can go.
