the players said that they don't care about any rules - they playing as a team in free for all match !
One of them - said - that he not going to attack other (friend) - because he lose lost match !
- I have remember, when some players from my clan had penalty for same behavior, except they didn't admit, that they brake rules easy like here !

I haven't seen anything in the Main rules saying that agains the law , but how we explain that:
" 10-05-09 19:34: Player was imposed a penalty of 1000 gold. // Unsporting behaviour and giveaway - warning: warid=15413180 "

yep its from my transfer log and plas, all tourney and ffa and BF there is the same thing the question is why me and plas got penalty and nobody else, and mods are saying its not against rules as pkt 8 says:
8. Temporary treaties in 'Everyone for oneself' (or Blindfold battles) are not forbidden. If two or three players unite for eliminating the fourth - it is not a game rules violation. But consider that this rule does not permit participating the same combat with additional characters or from one computer
so why we with plas got penalty? hmm?
