You can file a proper complaint. All debts should be returned in month. In case description says otherwise, they should be return according to description.
But returning in one day/one hour/one minute seems a little suspicious. I think you should provide some proof, that he had agreed on the terms of this deal. 1 day is too short sometimes to even notice someone sent you gold.
Also, you wont get a refund from administration in case he doesnt return his loan. |
