thats just some guessing together.
I can also create my own topic, say its not allowed, and lock it immediately.
Since the rules are unclear and the Admins didnt made it clear (yet), I wouldnt take the risk.
Personally I would think it breaks rule 3.10
remember, that multichars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation. |

I have an Empire mail stating it's alright in my private mails...

That's not the best proof there can be, but still, it's no reason to ask for my logs :D |
