Author | Delay vs Rapid |
Imagine that i rapid zombies, with 50%, and later a DE delays it with 50%.. But later my mate rapid 50% zomb.. What will happen?? I think mayb one if these..
Answer A: The zomb will have 6 ini, so any effect..
Answer B: Zomb will have 9 ini because 50% + 50% - 50%.. |
two rapids do not stack.
so it will be
0,5*8*1.5 = 6 initiative. |
Delay and rapid are not combined additive, but multiplicative. So you have 6 * 0.5 * 1.5 = 4.5 and two rapids do not stack. |

the max effect of rapid is 40% and for delay 30% |
oh sorry, my mistake. I thought base initiative of zombies was 8.... |
thx |
https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=485570224 in first delay u can see my delay deal 2.5 less ini to his liz.. But he atked before me anyway -.-.. How did that happen??
Copied from the other thread. I still think one thread about delay from one person is enough for that person to ask all questions concerning this topic. |

If we see initiative as the speed of two creatures running for the trophy(trophy = move).
Even if you delay them, the delayed unit can make their move before the faster one, if it already is closer to finish. So the order in which creatures get their turns doesnt depend on their initiative only, but also they accumulated initiative.
As I see this, the initiative is accumulating until it hits 100%, then creature gets to move. If the delayed one had already 70% and the other lizard only 50%, the delay creature got its move first anyway. |
And the fact in this battle is that the lizard in this battle has already gone most of its way to finish before you delayed it, because it was running slightly faster for a long time before delay was cast. |
ok ;) and thx for opening the other thread in here ;) i didnt know nothing about acumulated ini, now i do, thx a lot ;) |
