You must be level 6 and have a TGI.

No you cant cheat to get one. If you know any player who has thief invitation and broke some rules, feel free to report him in C&A. TGI assistance is dealt with severely these days.
everyone I find this statement highly inapropriate and insulting. You cant know everyone at this server, not to call them cheaters. There are 2270 players in thieves guild. Most of them should be insulted by this statement.

But anyway:
1.Level up to combat level 6.
2a.Buy a TGI from market for about 320 000-350 000.
OR
2b.Buy a TG entry for 80 diamonds.
3.Enjoy your ambushes.
