Go to character page > Recruit link from the list on the right

Pull down the bars to recruit more.
More bandit = less rogues and vice versa. |
| will i know that i can redistribute them but how can i increase their numbers... |
You increase troops in 3 ways
1: Level up
2: Make buildings that add troop pops in respective levels
3: Raising racial levels for necro and knights. |
