| I got a vault open, and it says +8 Skill points. How do I activate it or get the bonus? |

| So, then what did it do? Does it add to my attk, cuz its got swords, and does it take effect during combat? |
these are SKILL points, they increase your faction skill level
(i.e. Dark elf: 5 (372.17) +127.8) |

it is ur racial skill bonus...
it adds up to ur racial when opened... |
