I think:
the prices reached the maximum in August before all updates started to com in. At that time - everyone had a lot of money - nowhere to spend and low drop in hunter arts.
Now there came out new arts for high lvl players and i think there will be in the future new arts as well... so investments in arts are risky (until they invented the rent market). |

| A few months ago I sold my Ice Crystals for 10k-11.5k, looking at the market now the price is at 4.5k, I'm not satisfied with that since I'm doing alot of mercenaries :) |

Yes, elements' prices have halved. But their true value (as in enchanting) have been reduced to one third, so they are in fact more expensive (from a price/performance point of view). |
