I prefer this to happen
Clan leaders be capable of creating tournaments, Missions, Events like Treasure Hunts for their Clans IF they r capable of doing it....

We can make clan tournament of combat or card dueling , but we are forbidden to give prize to the winner without permission...
I mean we cannot do clan tournament which the winner got gold or anything...
We just can do tournament without prize , so the tournament only just for fun and test strategy/tactic of a player. |

The problem which strikes up from the removal of this rule, is the abuse of it.
It would add extra unnecessary strain to those investigating cheaters if they had to deal with screening clan leaders every time there was a clan tournament.
I don't want to go into any details about how it can be abused. I'm feeling lazy right now. ;)
