good idea, but there are lot of problems about it...
1. multiple players enrolling at the same time
2. how much resources can the art-buyer sell to the facility
3. buy and enroll button is stupid, as recaptcha was desinged to harden scriptscheaters life
4. it will slow down enrolling, especially at high employed facilities like mines... (before u argue, there r mines that dont have money everytime, right now: Sulphur dune at Yellow Lake has 156 gold)
5. if u dont have resources? others have to wait the timer and reflex-sell resources?
6. this favors only the 1st player who can buy sg, thus people have good connection and who does resource camping... (i have a good net/i think/, but still I can sell realy few resources at the nickel facility when I'm in east bay)

so if there is 1 rule like this is implemented, it should be soften:)
Well, the optimal ideea would be to make all facilities work so that they don't run out of money all the time.

#23: players use what (they think) is best for them, so they form the economy, eventually ruining it based on the unbalanced arts, factions, etc...

based on my observation:
1.1. there r artifacts that has a low trading rate, in other ways they r useless:)(ok, only few people use them)
1.2. in the other hand there r favoured artifacts with 3-5m gold in its producing facility...
2. gold boost into facilities depletes in some facilities such as blooming glade's signet ring factory...
3.1. most facilities have plentiful stocked items and no money (buying those artifacts would save that individual facility)
3.2. some mines and machinery (where the resource is the cheapest) r depleted stock and lots of money... reflex-sell/buy (annoying if u cant:))
4. one of the resources depletes time after time... (example: mana tube facility, never had the chance to sell magic powder or to enroll there)

so rule: "7. It is forbidden to create topics with suggestions to weaken/strengthen any unit, artifact, faction." is prohibiting one solution to the matter...
other possibility is that profitable facilities automatically transfer gold to poor facilities, that will kill trading of some artifacts...
facilities with endless money: quite real...
#22 & #27 - You totally miss the point.

The idea is not to try and sell more or less of any artifact or resource.

It is purely to enable people to use the gold THEY put into a facility so that they can enroll rather than have someone else use THEIR gold to take the place they have funded just because someone else has a faster connection than they do.

No one has made any suggestion to weaken/strengthen anything in this thread what-so-ever so I do not understand why you mention this?
