i think that mail should be allowed to all players not from lvl 3 its s**ks when you need to lvl up to 3 level to send a message to friend

| well gotta understand that, its for the good of the community, that way, level 1 spammer cannot do it. Level 3 is reachable in 1 or 2 days so, no big deal. |

If you have a friend tell him/her about new account by skype, xfire etc.
If you don't have his/her numbers/nicks in comunicators then they are not your friends. |
