A token worth what ever amount spent on it. So if you put 1 gold into it its worth 1 gold and if you put 10,000 into it then it would be worth 10,000. | | ...Um, like giving someone money in the form of an artifact "check"? | It exists already and is called gold.
If you transfer 1g the receiver gets 1g and if you transfer 10,000 well they get erm 10,000. | The main point of a present is, that you not think about its price, just the value, that it gives to you :P
..Could the amount be seen in transfer log? Otherwise multis could use it to cheat.. | #3 yeah, I know its gold and even anticipated someone like you.
As redundant as it may seem, in real life people give money to stores for store money or store credit, thus it is the same here.
Not only is there pride in having a high costing coin, there is also the more personality of giving away gift with character. Going out of ones way to make the monetary unit look different or more specific is more attractive to us than the ordinary cash in a hallmark card.
Let administration decide if they wanna put a charge on all tokens of appreciation where you pay a certain amount first then pump it with money. Either way, sometimes when I wanna show someone my appreciation, I wish there was a token I could use instead of thoughtless money.
Or maybe token of appreciation can just be the cheapest gift you can give someone and admin adusts it to what it cost with a low durability and actually offer good luck, so an increase in luck or at the very least a new ability made for this coin to increase monetary profit per durability. So it would work most likely one or two times. |
